Miniatures

Miniatures came before the minis as small bronze sculptures, yet keeping the same movement and energy as the bigger hare bronze sculptures, but much more affordable and not as small as the minis.

Each piece is cast using the traditional lost-wax method and finished by hand, carrying the same attention to pose and character that runs through Jan's larger works. Foals, foxes, hares, cats — caught in a moment of life.
